Ginger Pear Royale

Another delicious rum cocktail is on deck (I mean... it's literally ON MY DECK.)
This is an incredibly refreshing ginger pear cocktail using the ever-so-amazing 8-Year-Old Rum from our friends at Dillon's Small Batch Distillers.

  • 1 oz Jimmy Tony's Ginger Soda Syrup
  • 1-1/2 oz of anejo rum
  • 1/2 lemon, squeezed
  • 1-1/2 oz of pear nectar
  • soda water
  • pear slices for garnish

Stir Ginger Syrup, rum, lemon juice, and pear nectar with ice in a mixing glass until cold, about 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled glass with fresh ice. Top with soda water, and garnish with a slice of pear.
